This little spot is nestled in the RiNo district and is another shining example of why this area is fricking cool. Feast your eyes, and try to contain your jealousy if you aren’t based in Denver.
Between the wooden cafe chairs, exposed brick, subway tile backsplash, and kraft paper roll menu, Blue Sparrow Coffee has me smitten. Beyond their tremendous ambiance, they also whip up a mean Chai and stream a killer playlist (Jackie Wilson, The Marvelettes, and Wilson Pickett to name a few featured artists). I have a feeling I will be back many, many times.
