The Orpheus was a huge undertaking for our tiny company at the time, as a three-story multifamily condo project. Located in Denver’s Jefferson Park neighborhood, the project was designed to be priced affordably for first-time homebuyers and local residents. Construction was completed in March of 2018, and all 26 units were sold by June of that same year.
