Finding the Right Fit
Prior to renovating the building for Prodigy, we leased the garage to local artisans, but knew we found the right fit for the space and the neighborhood when Prodigy approached us about their expansion plans. Prodigy’s apprenticeship model and focus on personal development and economic mobility was an ideal addition to the Globeville neighborhood. Learn more about Prodigy and their work.

Inside the Project
Renovations began on the 1950s service garage in 2022, gutting the space to its core and shell. Care was taken to preserve the original windows, and the remainder of the building was modernized for efficiency and Prodigy’s intended use.
