We had so much fun with our second iteration of the modern farmhouse. Green vertical tile in the primary shower might take the prize. Although, the breakfast nook is pretty darn gorgeous too.

The Locust Street home on the western side of Montclair replaced a 1940’s small home that had been long neglected. This was our second iteration of a modern farmhouse, with an expanded floor plan that added a prep pantry, built in breakfast nook with a leather upholstered banquette and ground floor laundry off the wide breezeway linking the garage to the main rooms of the home.

Our favorite element in this project was our first prep kitchen/wet bar next to the main kitchen. In addition, this was our first residential build to install solar panels on the roof as standard.
