Blue Sparrow Coffee

We designed, built and opened our first Blue Sparrow Coffee location in RiNo in 2017. Our second location opened in December 2019in the thriving Platte Street community on the ground floor of the Circa Building. We designed Blue Sparrow Coffee to feel comfortable and friendly, with a touch of Parisian clean style. Our operating partner and coffee guru, Jeffrey Knott, scours the coffee world to locate growers and roasters who are dedicated to quality, sustainability and community. And our dedicated passionate team brings out the best in these wonderful coffees to share with our neighborhoods in our small and stylish café’s.
