A Place for Gathering
At Blue Sparrow, we’ve drawn inspiration from the warm atmosphere and classic design of European bistros. Our cafes are inviting and comfortable places for neighbors to connect and savor good coffee and good company.
Organic Growth
We are intentional in our growth and expansion of Blue Sparrow Coffee locations and our brand. Our Blake Street location opened in 2017, followed by our Platte Street location in January 2020. BSC Sherman Street (at The Sudler) is our most recent expansion, opening in July 2024.
Sustainability
We spend a lot of time and energy trying to generate a positive net impact on health, happiness, and our ecosystem.
