As restaurants and bars wait for the government to step in and help, out-of-work bartenders are getting creative, pivoting to online cocktailing or delivery kits to keep income flowing.
Denver’s Room for Milly is keeping the drinks pouring, if only virtually. They’ve started a streamed series of interactive cocktail sessions, bringing in well-known bartenders and industry guests (sitting six feet away, of course) to chat through issues and mix up cocktails. Virtual guests can pipe up with questions.
