Commercial and Hospitality
We adore the process of re-thinking existing buildings and assets with a full redesign and refresh. We think existing buildings deserve that love and need the creativity and fresh story we bring.
If it’s a new construction project, we like to get in early at the strategy stage so that every element is considered in light of its potential and use.
Our greatest joy is revealing a space through the grandest and the most minute design details incorporating smart sustainability into every aspect of the design, ensuring that the building not only meets aesthetic and functional goals but also minimizes environmental impact.
Residential
We love our own homes and think everyone deserves the same. Our home designs are careful, considered, and glorious in their application.
We’ll prepare a full design based off the plan set for all interior and exterior finishes
- Interior: tile, flooring, hard surfaces, kitchen cabinetry, appliances, custom millwork design, lighting, paint, plumbing fixtures, wallpaper.
- Exterior: full elevation selections – brick, siding, paint, roofing, gutters, porch and trim detail, exterior lighting, mailbox etc.
We then provide a detailed finish packet including sources and pricing to take and run with it, or we are happy to add full design project management as an option.
