We were able to complete a parcel reconfiguration of the property holding the original 1213 Olive Street home to create a second lot for a new house at 1231 Olive. The ground-up single-family new home was our first in the popular modern farmhouse style with white board and batten siding, full wrap around porch, black windows and trim.
