A ground up new Arts and Crafts home on the most beautiful leafy tree-lined street in Park Hill.

We acquired this gorgeous huge lot in 2021. Despite our hopeful investigations, the original house could not be salvaged. In its place we designed and constructed a new arts and crafts style home, with brick exterior ground floor and shingled second floor. The home was carefully designed and constructed to fit into the historic Park Hill neighborhood.

Our favorite element in this project was the introduction of interior arches and a barrel ceiling in the pass through from the entrance hall to the living area. And we installed solar panels on the roof as has become standard in all of our builds.
